PROPRESENTER OPERATOR
At Peak City Church We exist to help people discover Jesus and follow Him fearlessly!
We do this by creating an atmosphere for people to encounter God; in a RAW, PASSIONATE, AND CLEAR environment!
Thank you for being a part of Peak City Church! Every time you serve, you are being used by God to make a difference in the lives of others by doing your part! When we serve, we do our very best because Jesus is worth it and people are worth it!
PROPRESENTER OPERATOR StANDARDS
Your role as a ProPresenter Operator is so IMPORTANT! You are running the screen slides and broadcast graphics that create atmosphere and highlight what God is doing so people can encounter God! Thank you for serving Jesus at Peak City Church and for Making a Difference!
Please arrive by 7:30am and go directly to the sound booth. Please join worship and production teams at 8:45am for pre-service prayer backstage. It is important for you to be part of the production meeting which follows pre-service prayer to review the order of service and to know what will happen throughout the service.
ProPresenter Guidelines:
Operate main media computer running ProPresenter for duration of service including all slides, lyrics, scriptures, videos, etc.
Be sure to familiarize yourself with the lyrics for the songs being performed that service.
Check with the communicators to assure you are both on the same page.
Dress code is casual, though should be all black for all production positions. This is so we can blend into situations and not be a distraction.
We think of the big picture, while also working on details. How does what you’re doing affect the overall vision?
ProPresenter How To’s:
Turn on iMac and launch ProPresenter.
Load the Sunday Service Playlist.
Follow songs during rehearsal to assure familiarity.
Click every slide and video to check for any potential transition issues. (Do this before people are arriving for service.)
Once people begin filling the auditorium, the rotating slides at the top of the playlist and the audience slides should be running.
The hype video countdown should start automatically at the start of each service but you should man your station by that time just in case.
During service, pay close attention and be aware of what’s coming next so that you can lead (or follow) with the appropriate slide or cue.
When service wraps you should again play the rotating slides until the room has cleared.
