My name is Petie Kinder and I’m honored to serve as the Lead Pastor of Peak City Church. I’m married to my high school sweetheart Brittany, and together we have three young children: Emmitt, Solomon, and Taytum. We are originally from Lexington, Kentucky and have served at churches in Seattle and Indianapolis prior to our time at Peak City. I have a BA in Biblical Studies from Cincinnati Christian University and a MA in Religious Studies from Liberty University. I didn’t grow up in church, so if you’re new to the whole church thing… I get it! At the age of 17 my life changed forever when I started attending a church that was focused on helping people like me understand who Jesus really is and what he is really all about. That’s when I made the decision to start following Jesus and nothing has been the same since. We are passionate about helping other people understand God’s incredible love for them and the amazing purpose that Jesus gives us. I love basketball (both NBA and college), UFC, hip-hop and old school country music, and spending time with my friends and family. We’re excited to be part of all that God is doing in Colorado Springs!
