Arrive and be in the booth by 5:15 Thursday and 7:30 Sunday to rehearse with the band.

Attend worship and production huddle at 6:15 Thursday and 8:15 Sunday in the green room. It is important for you to be part of the production meeting which follows pre-service prayer to review the order of service to know what will happen throughout the day.

Please wear all black, to be less noticeable.

We think of the big picture, while also working on details. How does what you’re doing affect the overall vision?

Responsibilities:

Be the overall manager to help service go smoothly. Your job is a leadership role and requires extreme attention to detail.

Know the service order inside and out and be prepared for each part.

Call out lighting changes and background slide changes over the headset to assure synchrony.

Call out sermon and host slides to take the responsibility off of the ProPresenter operator.

Coach audio, lighting, and ProPresenter operators to achieve better standards and consistency between services and different operators.

Communicate with broadcast director for slides and videos that need to be shown on broadcast

Communicate with broadcast director on song leads and instrument leads so the broadcast video matches the livestream audio

Attend the service meeting after Thursday night service. After the meeting, coach the operators through changes that are needed for Sunday morning in a gentle yet informative way.
