21 Days of prayer and fasting
21 Days of Prayer is a time where we intentionally seek God every day in prayer as we believe for Him to move in powerful ways. See daily guided prayer topics below.
PLEASE NOTE: PEAK CITY PRAYER ROOM WILL BE OPEN ON TUESDAYS, JAN. 7TH, 14TH, & 21ST FROM 6:30-7:30 AM & 6:30-7:30 PM.
Week 1 - Clear The Clutter (Days 1-7)
Focus: Removing distractions to make space for God.
Day 1, Jan. 6: Start with Surrender
• Scripture: Matthew 6:33 – “Seek first His kingdom and His righteousness, and all these things will be given
to you as well.”
• Reflection: Begin your fast with a heart of surrender. Fasting isn’t about what you’re giving up but who
you’re making room for—God.
• Application: Spend 10 minutes in prayer, asking God to reveal areas of your life that need decluttering.
Day 2, JAN. 7: Clear the Noise
• Scripture: 1 Kings 19:12 – “After the fire came a gentle whisper.”
• Reflection: God often speaks in the quiet. Remove noise from your life to hear His voice more clearly.
• Application: Turn off unnecessary notifications or reduce screen time today. Spend time in silence, asking
God to speak.
Day 3, JAN. 8: Depend on God
• Scripture: Matthew 4:4 – “Man shall not live on bread alone, but on every word that comes from the mouth
of God.”

Day 4, JAN. 9: Making Space in Your Schedule
• Scripture: Psalm 46:10 – “Be still, and know that I am God.”
• Reflection: Busyness can crowd out God. Fasting invites us to slow down and prioritize Him.
• Application: Block 15 minutes on your calendar for prayer or worship today.
Day 5, JAN. 10: Replacing Distractions with God’s Word
• Scripture: Psalm 119:105 – “Your word is a lamp for my feet, a light on my path.”
• Reflection: Fasting removes distractions, but it’s equally important to fill that space with God’s Word.
• Application: Start the Peak City Bible Reading Plan. Meditate on today’s reading.
Day 6, JAN. 11: Removing Idols
• Scripture: Exodus 20:3 – “You shall have no other gods before me.”
• Reflection: Anything that takes God’s place in our hearts is an idol. Fasting helps us identify and remove
these idols.

to Him in prayer.
Day 7, JAN. 12: Resting in God

Day 10, JAN. 15: Worship as Your Focus
